Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do not apply heat or direct flame to cutters. They are made from PLA and will distort or melt.
The sizes are as close as possible to the size stated. There may be a 0.1 - 0.9 mm small variation
We are able to make custom made cutters if you have your exact design outline and measurements. Quote will be given on any custom orders.
